    New 60 Bed Critical Care Unit, extending an existing 3 storey building up and out whilst maintaining live operating theatres on a 24/7 basis. Value £80m, JCT Traditional Contract  


    Emergency Department, single storey, resus, CT suite, ambulance assessment unit and isolation suite. Value £12m, NEC Design & Build Contract   


    Refurbishment of 4 existing operating theatres and provision of 2 new operating theatres in a live neuroscience and neurology department. Value £7m NEC Contract   


    Provision of a new procedures room within a live paediatric hospital. Value £2m   


    Provision of a new 32 bed adult Critical Care Unit and 16 bed Neonatal Critical Care Unit within an existing live CCU on a phased basis. Value £25m JCT Traditional Contract
